NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR COMMENT ON THE SOUTH COUNTY TRANSIT LINK SHORT RANGE TRANSIT PLAN AMENDMENT
The Sacramento County Department of Transportation and City of Galt will hold a public hearing to review the South County Transit Link Short Range Transportation Plan (SRTP) Amendment. The hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m., January 24, 2012, at Galt City Hall-Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt, CA. The Amendment is an update of the 2008 SRTP transit plan for fiscal years 2008/09 through 2012/13.
Copies of the Amendment can be requested by e-mailing dmartinez@ci.galt.ca.us or by calling (209) 366-7288. In addition, copies are available for viewing at the Galt Public Library and Isleton City Hall. Please comment in writing to the above address or offer testimony in person during the public hearing. Written comments are welcome through 5 p.m., January 23, 2012.
A special Highway 99 Express bus will be available to take meeting attendees to Florin Mall in Sacramento, Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove, and to Lodi Transit Center if needed.
