ADA INFORMATION


SCT Link is safe, convenient public transportation for passengers with disabilities. All SCT Link buses are lift-equipped, and meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The front row of seats is designated as priority seating for passengers with disabilities and seniors. If you have difficulty accessing this website, please call the SCT Link office at (209) 745-3052 or (800) 338-8676 between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome aboard SCT Link buses. However, the following regulations must be followed:

Traveling with a Personal Care Attendant

If a passenger requires assistance while traveling on SCT Link, a personal care attendant (PCA) should accompany them. A PCA is not required to pay a fare, and must be picked up and dropped off at the same location as the passenger.

Reasonable Modification

SCT Link adheres to the most recent ADA regulations requiring reasonable modification if required to access our service. We are committed to making reasonable modifications to our policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that SCT Link services are accessible to everyone. To request a reasonable modification of service, please call the SCT Link office at (209) 745-3052 or (800) 338-8676 between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday. If possible, please call in advance of your ride to request reasonable modification on the Delta Route, Hwy 99 Express, and the Galt to Sacramento Commuter Express. On our Dial-A-Ride service, simply make your request for reasonable modification when you make your reservation.
